Payment
Right now I'm only taking Credit Card and Pay Pal payments. Money orders will be accepted at a future date.
I will not accept mail sent money or personal checks unless you live the Mountain Top, PA area. Not to mention Sending money through the mail can be dangerous.
Shipping
At the moment we can only afford regular mail to the US States. the shipping price includes the postage and package to ship in, as well as a box to keep your piece safe.
As far as shipping is concerned, all orders made in the week will be shipped out by Saturday at 1 pm EST. You will receive a conformation when your order is shipped.
If you would like a tracking code please let me know in advance.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to make you happy, by any means possible. That's why I started doing this. I will work with you to solve any problems you may have with your order. I would hate for there to be a reason where a refund must be given.
If you do have a broken piece, first I'd like to give you my sincerest apologies. Feel free to ship it back to me and I will fix it for you and refund the shipping both ways. How ever I'll need the majority of the pieces, especially since most of these pieces are one of a kind. Beads and charms are easy to replace though and will be done so at no cost to you.
Exceptions to this are if the price or a missing material is over $5 such as silver/gold or expensive gemstones or findings.
Exchanges: If your are not happy with what you've gotten, and want something else. ship it back to me, as soon as I receive the piece I'll ship out the new piece to you. You'll just pay the shipping to me. (I'll cover the going back.) However if the piece you want is a higher price of $5 or more, the difference will have to be made.
If you are still not satisfied with your order. Notify me after you send back your piece and allow me two weeks to refund the money. This will allow me to assure the piece has arrived safely and to refund you your money. Refunds can not be made though after 37 days after the shipment. (Not including the two weeks after you would notify me)
