Q: I see you do customs, is there anything you can't or won't make.
A: Yes, for most people there are a lot of things I can't make as I'm still very inexperienced in many fields, like glass blowing, or jewelry repairs. I'm always learning new things so keep coming back and checking.
With that being said there are a couple of things I won't make. I'm a very religious person, and though I respect other religions and beliefs, there's a couple of things I refuse to do, mostly dealing with satanic arts and witch crafts. Like pentagrams and and anarchy signs. However medium wise I can't use any bone like pieces, or skeleton remains due to a general uneasiness I feel. (some skulls are an exception)
Q: How do you ship your products?
A: I ship them standard through the US Mail. Nothing Fancy just yet. As we grow, we'll have more options available. So please allow 7-10 business days after the package has been shipped for it to arrive.
However if you would like them shipped faster, I can give you a quote on the difference of price, and allow you to take it from there.
Q: How do you Package your Products?
A: We have many different packaging for the pieces, from small card board boxes, to silk bags, and even wooden and padded. Let me know how you would like it packaged. The Card Board Boxes and Mesh bagging are complimentary. If you wish for a fancier packaging for that special some one, an additional price will be added.
Q: Awww! I really like that piece! But it's a bit out of my price range!
A: That's not a question, but it can be. I assure you my prices are reasonable including the supplies and a compensation for my work. However because your buying from me and not a retail store, I can work with you if there is something you like. However I will not cut below the price of the supplies. That's just silly. Though like commissions I can also make a some pieces with synthetic materials and lower the cost for you.

A: This is kind of a touchy situation for me, as I do have a lot of problems with spelling. I do ask for some respect and a touch of tact. If you do see something that miss spelled please email me with the passage with the mistakes highlighted and I'll fix it as soon as I can.
Q: Why are some of your products on Cafe Press cheaper then others? Like the Phoenix Perch items?
A: The Phoenix Perch item are special items in the instance that I didn't do any of the work behind them, and don't feel comfortable making any sort of profit off of them. While they are still technically being sold, any one who is familiar with Cafe Press will know that I didn't attatch any price on to them, so in turn your paying the same price I would pay to get them made with none of the wait. They are namely there for those who have gone to conventions or trade shows and didn't get the chance to get pick one up as a freebie.
On the other hand if there is a new piece or a site over hall please hold off a couple of days before emailing any corrections. I like to get everything set up before spell checking.
